Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service at our properties in South and West India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services:
  • Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing outstanding customer support throughout their stay.
  • Ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs, accurately completing all necessary documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as needed.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance:
  • Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Cross-Location Travel:
  • Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
