Job Overview:

The Guest Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze previous day's operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement a system for recording events and highlighting operational issues to the team.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to resolve GR-related matters.
Operational Planning:
  • Coordinate protocol arrangements for VIPs/VVIPs and execute planned/unplanned events.
  • Maintain records of operational activities in lounges & VIP Terminal.
Administrative Functions:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key government agencies, industries, and industry bodies.
  • Represent the organization in advance protocol coordination with regulatory authorities.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage the GR team effectively, allocating tasks and monitoring shift rosters.
