Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day management of a cluster/region with 10-15 properties, each having 40-50 keys. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service quality is delivered to guests and managing various functions in their region including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, food & beverage, maintenance & engineering, human resources, etc.

For this role, we require:

  • A strong background in hospitality operations, preferably with experience in multi-property management;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team of professionals;
  • The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to manage financial and operational performance metrics;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
