Job Opportunity

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service to guests, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate reservations, manage seating plans, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and provide timely service.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas, assist with setup and closing activities.
  • Support team members and work collaboratively to create a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
