Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time leader with managerial responsibilities to provide leadership for our technology and data science operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of software engineering staff, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in the development of clinically relevant health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical perspective.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Develop internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Improve operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas into practical health analytics.

Requirements:

  • Experience running and leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Essential Skills:

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior leaders.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate client insights into product requirements.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
