Job Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder Chief Technical Officer to lead our development of the next generation of trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture and data contracts for KYC/AML, GST, bank, invoices, and escrow events.
  • Design and implement Neo4j graph v0 for Borrower, Promoter, GSTIN, Invoice, Device, BankAcct, Contact, and Address entities, along with edges such as owns, transacts_with, shares_device, address_overlap, guarantor_of, pledge_link, and vendor_of.
  • Develop rules engine v0 for co-address/phone/IMEI checks, circular trades, and pledge conflicts.
  • Implement console v0 for read-only access, immutable audit logging, SSO/MFA, and PII at-rest encryption.
Secondary Platform Development
  1. Scope doc and schema for unlisted/alt inventory (WWIPL, Indianext, Grip/LeafRound lease, bonds platforms, EU ETS ETFs KRBN/KEUA, voluntary carbon venues notes, etc.).
  2. Design data adapters for CSV/API/manual ingest, focusing on discovery/analytics without trading.
  3. Develop price/terms normalization and risk tags for liquidity, custody, jurisdiction/LRS.
AI/ML ESG–SDG Engine Development
  • Establish minimal ontology for Invoice ProgramID (ZED/SRLM/DISCOM) ESGMetric.
  • Draft adapters plan for SatSure/Planet/IMD where relevant, without integration – mock data for proof-of-concepts.
Success Metrics and Team Collaboration
  1. Working graph & rules demo on sample cohorts.
  2. Secondary platform catalogue UI showing normalized instruments.
  3. ESG report mock for a pilot invoice (PDF or dashboard).
  4. Hire 1 Sr Data Engineer + 1 MLE from ESOP and assign specific modules.
