As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems. This includes managing daily IT operations, providing user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring system updates are performed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, implement effective solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related procurements and services, ensuring value for money and optimal performance.
  • Design and implement secure network architecture, including Wi-Fi, printers, routers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and other related infrastructure.
  • Implement data security measures, including regular backups, to protect against data breaches and losses.
  • Administration: Oversee office supplies, stationery, and administrative procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage facility maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry requirements, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate leases, AMC contracts, and vendor relationships, optimizing costs and benefits.
  • Develop and implement asset tracking, issuance, and documentation processes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support travel bookings, event planning, and team offsites as needed, promoting team collaboration and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations and administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, LAN/WAN networks, and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
