Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our technology strategy, development, and operations. The successful candidate will oversee all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology infrastructure, systems, and products align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's technology strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Develop and implement a robust technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, developers, and IT professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the technology department.

Product Development & Delivery:

Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all products and services. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Infrastructure & Operations:

Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers. Implement and enforce best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management or Head of Technology position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js), database technologies, DevOps practices, cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
