Job Title: Chief Engineering Quality Officer

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Engineering Quality Officer to lead our Global Capability Center in the fintech/banking domain. This senior leadership position requires extensive expertise in Agile and DevOps testing strategies, transformation initiatives, and team scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 18 years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation with a proven track record of driving success.
  • Proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain with experience in a Banking GCC preferred.
  • Strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling.
  • Experience managing large QE teams of 75+ members with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks.
  • Able to work closely with global teams to drive business outcomes and foster a culture of innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective Agile and DevOps testing strategies for high-performing teams.
  2. Lead transformation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency across the organization.
  3. Scale and manage large QE teams (75+ members) across geographies while prioritizing talent development and growth.
  4. Collaborate with global teams to drive business results and enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
