Job Title: Senior Agreement Specialist

Cvent is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

About This Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • This involves leading the invoicing function, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • The successful applicant will also ensure contracts comply with finance policies and revenue recognition rules.
  • They will partner with Sales, RevOps, and other teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies quickly.
  • This role ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting by managing upstream contracts and downstream invoicing together.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Managing the contract lifecycle from inception to closure
  2. Leading the invoicing function
  3. Ensuring contract compliance with finance policies and revenue recognition rules
  4. Partnering with Sales, RevOps, and other teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  5. Representing Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition, or reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
  • 10-14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
