Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.

  • Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for closure of transactions.
  • Co-ordinate with other legal team members.

The role also involves monthly cadence reporting & meetings with management, conducting presentations & trainings as may be required, and legal projects on a case-by-case basis (assigned by Senior Legal Counsels in the team).

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Identifying contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts;

  • Providing inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures;
  • Working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.;
  • Major Experience in Contract Negotiation is required;
  • Review and Negotiate Customer Agreements;
  • Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities; Working in close co-ordination with external legal counsel;
  • Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the entire contracting process;
  • Manage and give guidance to junior lawyers;
  • Experience in negotiating IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
