This is a key role that involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company's legal interests across all operations.

We are seeking a Legal Executive with experience in the real estate industry, preferably. The role requires drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws. They should also possess excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities include drafting standardized policies, preparing and sending legal notices when required, and providing legal advice to internal teams and supporting decision-making.

The successful candidate will have an LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution and 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts is essential.
