    • Thoroughly review terms and conditions to identify contractual risks, liabilities, and ambiguities.
    • Negotiate contractual terms effectively, anticipating potential exposures and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively assess contractual, commercial, and execution risks associated with contracts.
    • Implement effective risk management strategies and maintain an updated risk register for audit readiness.
    • Provide early warnings to management regarding potential contractual exposures.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain a well-organized contract repository, including approvals, correspondence, and variations.
    • Ensure timely tracking of milestones, obligations, guarantees, insurance, and payments.
    • Guarantee transparency and audit readiness through regular reporting and documentation.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor key dates and milestones (completion, milestone payments, guarantee validity).
    • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on contract performance.
    • Highlight deviations from expected outcomes and recommend corrective actions to safeguard organizational interests.
  • Dispute Prevention and Resolution:
    • Prevent disputes by proactively monitoring contractual performance and obligations.
    • Manage claims preparation and defense against contractual disputes or deviations.
    • Engage in negotiations, settlements, or formal dispute resolution to protect organizational interests.
