Procurement Expert and Contract Manager

 

The primary objective of this position is to provide procurement expertise and manage complex IT contracts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage the drafting and negotiation of complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects.
  • Oversee contract clauses related to transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.
  • Monitor contractual compliance of system integrators and third-party supplier agreements.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts.
