Job Opportunity

As a senior legal analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert in analyzing fund-level agreements between general partners and limited partners. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and verify the accuracy of AI-extracted data from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and related legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Oversight and Verification: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards by reviewing and verifying AI-extracted data.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage your understanding of alternative investment funds, LPAs, and side letters to identify key data points and legal provisions necessary for complying with regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Data Validation: Develop and execute quality control protocols and validation checklists for legal document data extraction, documenting anomalies and ensuring extracted data meets predefined accuracy thresholds.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds.
  • Proven track record of working with fund-level documents like LPAs, side letters, and related legal agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning workflows, or legal technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
