Job Title: Senior Broker Alliance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with stock market brokerage firms in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Negotiating agreements and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
