Trade Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation of SAP Global Trade Service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of trade compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and design efficient trade compliance processes to minimize risks and maximize compliance.
  • Customs Management: Configure AES/ATLAS for EU/US customs declarations, set up post-processing frameworks, and electronically file with customs authorities via Seeburger middleware.
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate Seeburger BIS6 for automatic filing and customs process imports/export declarations integrated with customs broker interfaces and forwarder broker interfaces as per country legal regulations.
  • Warehouse Management: Set up customs bonded warehouse processes in EU and APAC.
  • Compliance Management: Implement settings for sanctioned party list screening, embargo, and legal control through license management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in trade compliance and SAP GTS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and laws.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
