About Us
We specialize in creating 100% natural, preservative-free products for the HORECA industry.
The Export Manager will drive sales and business development, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in international markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, agents, and clients globally.
- Market Research & Expansion: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with international clients. Address client inquiries, complaints, and provide post-sales support.
- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee export documentation, including invoices, LC, and certificates. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for smooth operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG industry. Proven track record of driving export growth.
Desired Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
