Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist

Hiring for a highly skilled HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a contract role, working remotely in Pan India.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM technology, with expertise in HCM extracts, API integrations, and data conversions.

A key responsibility of this role will be to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.

This position requires hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fast Formulas. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement HCM technical solutions using Oracle HCM tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of all projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technology
  • Strong knowledge of HCM extracts, API integrations, and data conversions
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fast Formulas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
