Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for clients in the HCM and Payroll domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
  • Analyze complex problems and provide technical expertise to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in HCM and Payroll.
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL, or functional expertise in application setup and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
