Job Title: Senior Technical Developer

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.
  • Work closely with the team to gather detailed technical requirements from business stakeholders, documenting these in technical specifications.
  • Develop unit test cases and perform regression testing for RICE components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement payroll data extracts, updates, and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations/file transfers.
  • Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
  • Support large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll area.
  • Strong writing skills, with ability to prepare technical required documents and update RTF templates.
  • Experience with BIP and OTBI development and support, as well as SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.
