Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Senior Model Development Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of modelers and consultants, drive capability building, and continuous learning within the team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and validation of corporate/wholesale rating models, including large corporate, mid corporate, SME, sovereign, FI, HNWI, project finance, and specialized lending. They will also be expected to design an end-to-end process for development, validation, and lifecycle management of wholesale rating models.The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and board-level committees. They should also be proficient in using monitoring tools to assess model performance and communicate model performance to relevant stakeholders.We are looking for a results-driven individual who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.   • Lead the development and validation of corporate/wholesale rating models
  • Design an end-to-end process for development, validation, and lifecycle management of wholesale rating models
  • Develop and validate rating models for low default portfolios
  • Maintain and enhance existing rating models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the rating process
