Documentations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Documentations Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality documentation that enables users to effectively utilize our software.

  • This position involves crafting user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content that is clear, concise, and easy to follow.
  • You will work closely with software architects, engineers, developers, QA teams, and other technical writers to gather technical information and translate it into accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and have 1-3 years of experience in writing technical documents. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication and editing skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and maintain software documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Follow internal documentation guidelines and processes.
  • Organize and structure content for clarity and ease of use.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree / BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 1-3 years in writing technical documents.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of agile development processes.
  • Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
