
Strategic Venture Partner

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to join our team as a strategic partner to the founder. This role is ideal for someone who has founded or led an early-stage venture and wants to work closely with founders across multiple companies.
You will operate as a 'mini-founder,' owning strategic projects end-to-end, driving execution across functions, and serving as an extension of the founder.
Key Responsibilities- Drive initiatives from inception to launch, including new experiments, product launches, and market entry projects.
- Owning growth levers: affiliate marketplace development, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS expansion.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founder: model financials, assess M&A opportunities, and pressure test decisions.
- Ensure operational excellence: OKR tracking, cross-team alignment, and process audits.
- Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
- Founder/Co-founder experience, or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
- Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills: finance, ops metrics, and growth funnels.
- Crisp communication: draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks.
- Ambitious, long-term thinker: sees this role as a launchpad into leadership.
- Proximity to multiple high-growth companies scaling in India and globally.
