Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential investors through professional networks, industry events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of business models, financials, market traction, and scalability to inform investment decisions.
  • Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with internal teams to perform comprehensive checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Portfolio Management: Work with portfolio companies to drive growth strategies, performance tracking, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Market Research: Undertake in-depth research into emerging sectors, prepare market maps, and identify new opportunities.
  • Fund Administration: Assist with investment documentation, reporting to Limited Partners, and internal fund operations.
  • Ecosystem Development: Represent the firm at industry events, demo days, and founder meetings to build relationships and foster connections.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
