About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to strengthen our partnerships network across Central India. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Partnerships: Develop and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Meetings & Proposals: Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Negotiations & Agreements: Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Sales & Revenue Targets: Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Travel & Representation: Represent in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
