Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, business partnerships and development, along with strong negotiation skills.
As a key member of the Partnerships team, you will represent us in external meetings, secure proposals, negotiate terms and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards and hospitality brands.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms and finalize agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Represent the organization in partner meetings, trade events and roadshows across Central India.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
- Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
