Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at our Jaipur location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, providing accurate information about properties and loan options, resolving any issues, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Real Estate Markets and Loan Processes
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Organizational and Time Management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a plus
