Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting client meetings, and providing expert advice on property transactions and loans. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of real estate trends and loan products.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and loan products
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the real estate or loan industry is a plus
