Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing suitable loan solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting customer outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role also involves coordinating with banks and NBFCs to facilitate loan processing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of personal and business loan products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial analysis and assessment
- Experience in sales or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
