About the Role:

A leading hospitality group seeks a dynamic and experienced OTA & Revenue Executive to join their team at one of their premium resorts in South Goa.

We're looking for talented individuals who can contribute to the growth of our revenue and OTA strategy across our hotel portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage Online Travel Agencies (OTA) across all properties.
  • Build strong relationships with OTA account managers.
  • Monitor and update inventory, rate parity, and promotions on OTA extranets and channel managers.
  • Analyze booking trends, pace reports, and market data to optimize pricing and availability.
  • Generate revenue reports, booking forecasts, and performance analysis as per industry standards.
  • Track competitor pricing and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Coordinate with front office/reservation teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance visibility on OTA platforms.

**Requirements:**

  • 2–4 years of experience in OTA management and/or hotel revenue management.
  • Strong understanding of the Goa hotel market and seasonal booking patterns.
  • Existing personal contacts with OTA representatives is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, PMS, and Excel reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to hotel revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
