Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration with downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Follow-up/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
  • Address the needs of diverse provider specialties.
  • Meet key performance benchmarks and drive business success.
  • Enhance management capabilities and business acumen among team members.
  • Execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead high-performing teams, leveraging experience in managing 5-10 teams.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create weekly reports and dashboards.
  • Exemplify strong people management skills and a fair understanding of required techniques.
  • Prioritize customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Current Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager with experience handling large teams.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including night shifts.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
