Job Description:
As a strategic sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with C-suite executives, and expanding your own team as you deliver results. This is an entrepreneurial role requiring a self-starter with a creative mindset, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to sell high-value brand solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue targets for media sales, branded content, sponsorships, and marketing solutions.
- Identify and build strong relationships with C-suite executives (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Leaders).
- Work independently to establish revenue streams before expanding the team.
- Develop and execute an aggressive B2B sales strategy to bring in high-value clients.
- Innovate new monetization models to grow media, events, and brand partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships.
- A proven go-getter who can work independently and drive revenue before scaling a team.
- Track record of closing high-value deals with CMOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
- Strong consultative selling skills—able to understand a brand's needs and craft impactful solutions.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization strategies.
