Regional HR Manager Role Overview

The Regional HR Manager is a critical role responsible for leading the regional human resources function and implementing HR policies and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

  • Learning and Development (L&D) Expertise:

  • Launch regional skill development centers and implement L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, seminars, trainer-led courses, and online resources.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Performance Management System (PMS) Specialist:

  • Conduct comprehensive training on Performance Management System and associated policies for the regional team.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.

  • Ensure timely completion of the PMS process for the regional team.

  • Personnel Management Professional:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office facilities.

  • Manage the procurement and inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in HR management.
