Technical Lead - Salesforce Solutions

The role of Technical Lead focuses on leading end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, encompassing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.

To ensure the platform's scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds, maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud is essential along with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.

Familiarity with multi-vendor environments, cross-functional coordination, and Salesforce Deployments is necessary.

Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors to review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Coordinate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews to architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
