Job Title: Salesforce Solution Lead

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Shift Hours: Must be able to support US EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Financial Cloud and ideally Automotive Cloud. The candidate will play a key role in collaborating with business and engineering teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee solution design and development, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Support the project team by navigating Salesforce capabilities, data structures, and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with focus on Financial Cloud (must-have) and Automotive Cloud (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, integration, and advanced configurations.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with best practices for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
