About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot). The ideal candidate brings deep technical Salesforce expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with global stakeholders to support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types.
  • Create and refine automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Provide frontline support and training for Salesforce users globally.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Partner with Marketing to support Account Engagement campaign execution.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform security best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and assess impact on current org.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting a global user base preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, Dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with integration tools and AppExchange packages.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Some Apex familiarity and Platform builder experience.
  • Some SOQL Experience.
  • CMS Experience. (Bonus)
  • HTML/CSS (Bonus)
