As a seasoned professional in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data-driven customer experiences that drive business growth. Your expertise will be crucial in creating tailored journeys that enhance engagement and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deploy solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.) to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Implement personalization strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio or equivalent tools to increase conversion rates and revenue.
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and cross-channel automations to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Integrate SFMC with other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability to maintain customer trust.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for campaign execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Experience with personalization platforms (Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio preferred).
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant certification preferred.
