We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our organization in a pivotal role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning) for our business operations. This includes configuring Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards, and managing security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules).

Data stewardship is another key responsibility, encompassing imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, and backups. A sandbox strategy and release/change management approach using Change Sets/DevOps Center will also be implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation)
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce
