Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Development

As a seasoned technical lead, you will oversee the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, leveraging expertise in Vlocity and its components to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.

  • Drive the implementation of complex business processes through Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic.
  • Develop and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical leadership, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices for development teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Vlocity.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, and integration procedures.
  • A strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and their integration with OmniStudio.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Vlocity certification is highly desirable.
