Job Title: Senior E-commerce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished e-commerce solutions architect to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure e-commerce systems.

This role demands a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable e-commerce architectures
  • Leading cross-functional teams in development efforts for storefronts, backend systems, and middleware integration
  • Collaborating with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in architecture, infrastructure, code quality, and team processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Expertise in order management systems such as Salesforce OMS
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Java
  • Proven track record in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Solid experience in middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in consumer-focused or retail/e-commerce environments
  • Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or MuleSoft
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
