Senior E-commerce Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Developer to lead our e-commerce builds, requiring deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

  • Theme Development: Design and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver engaging store experiences.
  • Custom Functionality: Develop custom features and functionalities tailored to project requirements, driving business growth and success.
  • Integration: Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Shopify to streamline operations and enhance functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize store performance for speed, mobile, and SEO best practices, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug Shopify-related issues, resolving complex problems efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven Shopify development experience (freelance or agency), demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and familiarity with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL).
  • Shopify App Development: Experience in Shopify App Development (private/public apps), showcasing ability to create innovative solutions.
  • API Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL), enabling efficient integration and customization.
Nice to Have:
  • Shopify Plus: Experience with Shopify Plus, expanding possibilities for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Headless Builds: Knowledge of headless Shopify builds (Next.js, React, etc.), allowing for flexibility and innovation in e-commerce development.

Engagement Model: Project-based work with clear deliverables, flexible working hours, remote collaboration, and competitive project fees based on scope and experience.
