Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation of regulatory compliance policies and procedures. This key role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations, developing comprehensive records of compliance activities, and coordinating with regulators and auditors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills in English (oral and written). A Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Law is preferred, and NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling compliance, legal functions in allied industries, particularly SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor ongoing compliance and reporting as required under SEBI AIF and PMS regulation
  • Liaisoning and coordinating with Regulator for PMS, AIF compliance and queries
  • Monitoring ongoing and event-based submissions with RBI and Income Tax (FATCA/CRS, FIRMS, etc)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. We are also looking for a detail-oriented professional who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
