Job Title: Chief Compliance OfficerJob Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, law, or a related field, with experience in managing complex compliance programs and policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance program effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters, including policy development, training, and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with minimum JD and relevant experience as compliance counsel.
  • Additional qualification e.g. CA/CFA will be preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Extensive report development experience and policy and procedure development experience in a multinational environment with cultural and ethnic diversity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
