Role Overview: We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer Inland Logistics to lead and scale our ground transport operations across regions. The ideal candidate will bring 18+ years of experience, deep route familiarity, and a proven ability to manage complex B2B logistics networks with precision, empathy, and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize inland logistics operations across multiple states
  • Develop and execute cost-effective, time-sensitive, and quality-driven transport strategies
  • Strengthen vendor relationships and expand transport networks
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence across all logistics functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics with business goals
  • Drive innovation through digital tools and process automation
  • Represent Caspian in high-level client and partner engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 20+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on inland transport
  • Proven leadership in B2B logistics operations and strategic execution
  • Excellent multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred)
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders
  • Deep vendor network and route familiarity across South and West India
  • Experience in fleet management, third-party logistics, and contract negotiations
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven decision maker
