Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead brand strategy, marketing innovation, and customer engagement across all verticals. The CMO will play a pivotal role in scaling the Age Well brand nationally and globally — driving growth through storytelling, partnerships, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company vision.
  • Oversee brand building, communication, and public relations initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new nutraceutical products and wellness offerings.
  • Manage digital marketing, creative direction, influencer partnerships, and media campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, pricing, and innovation strategy.
  • Mentor and guide marketing teams to maintain creative excellence and executional precision.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of senior marketing experience
    , ideally in
    nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG
    .
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand growth, and product launches.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about wellness, longevity, and innovative lifestyle brands.
