Join Our Micro Finance Division as Chief Manager – Operations

Location: Head Office, Kochi

Experience: 10–15 years in Micro Finance

Employment Type: Full Time

Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd., a leading NBFC with a legacy of trust and excellence, is expanding its Micro Finance Division. We are looking for a visionary and experienced professional to join us as Chief Manager – Operations, to lead operations and play a key role in scaling our microfinance business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple regions within the Micro Finance Division

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency

Oversee branch operations, credit delivery, collections, and customer service functions

Ensure risk mitigation, maintain portfolio quality, and uphold internal policy standards

Support business expansion strategies, conduct field audits, and lead training programs

Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all microfinance-related norms

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Finance, or a related field

10–15 years of solid experience in Micro Finance operations (preferably in an NBFC-MFI)

In-depth knowledge of rural markets, group lending models, and credit operations

Proven leadership, analytical, and people management capabilities

Willingness to travel extensively and manage field teams across geographies
