Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team . The ideal candidate is a CA-certified professional with at least 1 year of experience in a CFO role and a solid track record in financial leadership. This is a key role responsible for driving the financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's continued growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment planning
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and board
  • Partner with business units to support operational performance and profitability
  • Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management practices
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
  • Support strategic initiatives including expansion, cost optimization, and potential fundraising

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role
  • 8+ years of total progressive finance and accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, and tax regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹175,000.00 per month
