This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape an industry. As CEO or Chief Vision Officer (depending on your background), you'll guide a cutting-edge startup that's redefining how video content is imagined, created, and scaled using the power of AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Vision – Define and evolve the company's long-term strategy at the intersection of AI, media, and innovation.
  • Drive Execution – Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment across tech, product, creative, and commercial teams.
  • Build Influence – Forge high-level partnerships across media, tech, entertainment, and enterprise sectors.
  • Be the Face – Represent the brand with authority and charisma at conferences, in the press, and in the investor community.
  • Secure Capital – Lead fundraising strategy, building relationships with top VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.

What You Bring

  • A track record of visionary leadership, ideally in media, tech, or AI startups.
  • Deep understanding of video production workflows—experience as a Producer or similar is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and networking skills.
  • Proven experience scaling companies, raising capital, or building standout brands.
  • A relentless drive to innovate, challenge norms, and lead from the front.
