Job Title: Strategic Client Growth Manager

Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our team in Mumbai, Goregaon.

About the Role:
  • Maintain high-touch client connections at all levels, understanding their organization structure, work, technology, and system environments.
  • Define governance structures with clear roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder.
  • Organize governance meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items closely.
  • Circulate status reports well before governance meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Maintain high-touch client connections, understand client organization structure, and define governance structures.
  • Employee Engagement: Regularly connect with resources, organize HR connects and fun activities, collect and provide feedback, and attend to employee concerns.
  • Technology Delivery: Understand bench, margin, cost, and handle larger team sizes.
  • Staff Augmentation: Interact with client stakeholders to get pipeline requirements, collect detailed job descriptions, and create skill matrices.
